At St. Paul’s School, we believe that education extends beyond the classroom. Our scholars are provided with multiple opportunities to engage in extracurricular activities, enriching their academic experience and personal growth. Among these, our sports teams stand out as a favorite among our students, fostering teamwork, resilience, and school pride.
This semester, students have showcased their talents in volleyball, futsal, and basketball. These activities provide avenues for our students to embark on exciting trips, interact with peers from other schools, and build strong bonds within our school community.
The past semester has been particularly remarkable. Recognising dedication and excellence in Physical Education, a select few students from our Senior School were invited to participate in a PE Reward Trip. This trip was designed to honor their commitment through engaging and educational outdoor activities and three of our scholars were selected to go.
This week also marks the culmination of our sports season with the Senior Sports Awards ceremony. During this event, pupils are recognised for their outstanding performance throughout the year, with selections made by their coaches. One of the standout was Cláudia who received the “Lion Award”. This award goes to the player who has shown exceptional commitment and consistency, both in practice and in games. Cláudia’s dedication to her team and coaches, and her embodiment of team culture and school pride, truly set her apart.
We are incredibly proud of all our scholars for their fantastic achievements!
Sports are just one of the numerous extracurricular opportunities available to our scholars. From arts and music to clubs and community service, our students have ample chances to explore their interests and talents. To learn more about it, visit our Annual Report.
