Ana Cecilia Chade  was the Chief Executive Director of the Mão Amiga NGO and worked on the planning, construction and implementation of Colégio Mão Amiga, which welcomes 700 low-income students in the region of Itapecerica da Serra, SP. Ana Cecilia is a coach with focus on neurocoaching, holding a graduation from NLI (Neurocoaching Language Institute). She worked at the architecture firm Athie Wohnrath Construtora e Arquitetura in areas such as Project Management, Commercial, Human Resources and Social Responsibility Management. She has a postgraduate degree in Administration and Management from Harvard Extension School, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Mackenzie University.
